Bright Birthday

I feel like I haven't created for AGES!!!!! This is one I've pulled out of my files - CASED from Sarah van den Berg when the creative flow was low...added a few different tweaks like the Big Shot Polka Dot panel and the colours - I actually LOVE these bright colours together - so fresh and happy...and that stamp set has become a MUST have!!!!
